What we do

  • Event design & itinerary

    We assemble a small group of your team and facilitate mini design sessions in the lead up to establish objectives, define outcomes, clarify work product and design a custom experience suited your team and the work to be done.

  • Travel logistics & venue selection

    We take care of all the “tricky bits” and organise travel logistics for your team to make sure everyone arrives safely and on time. We will select the perfect venue from one of our excellent partners to host the type of experience we have designed.

  • Event facilitation & execution

    Our network of facilitators are some of the world’s best in co-design and strategy. We hold the space for you and create the perfect environment for connection, innovative thinking, problem solving and high quality work product.

  • Documentation & final work product

    You focus on the experience, connection and work to be done while our team documents every single post-it, idea and conversation into a file structure and work product to be handed to you and your team within 24 hours of event.

Retreat Format

Each experience is carefully crafted to achieve the distinct objectives and outcomes identified during the planning phase, ensuring a tailored approach to meet the unique needs of our participants. An event is usually designed within the following format.

Flexibility rules on arrival day! We keep things open and create an environment for your team to settle in and connect. With scattered arrivals, enjoy informal interactions before the Welcome Reception and team dinner in the evening.

Day 1: Arrival

These are not meetings, these are facilitated co-design sessions where we will squeeze every last drop out of you and your team. We work through a series of Scanning inputs and expanding our thinking, Focusing on the key ideas and themes and then Acting, where we get to work on building out key ideas. This is NOT a holiday, or a meeting or a workshop…but it will be fun!

Day 2-4: Work Days

Days 5-6:
Free Time & Departures

Embrace leisure time or loosely organized activities. Allow for spontaneity to foster the best memories and ideas. On departure day, our team will ship you your final work product and set you up with the tools to build off the momentum from our event.

  • Team retreats represent a substantial investment, yet their impact on team dynamics and productivity is undeniable. Our meticulously crafted retreats are engineered to foster connection and collaboration within your team, set against a backdrop of relaxation and inspiration. This environment often cultivates improved communication, heightened motivation, and the generation of innovative ideas. Moreover, we offer customizable sessions tailored to various budgets and team sizes, ensuring you find the ideal retreat to suit your specific needs.

  • Given the high demand for our carefully selected villas and hotels, we maintain a stringent cancellation policy. Once payment is processed, cancellations are not permitted. However, we offer flexibility regarding date changes; bookings can be postponed to alternative periods. Additionally, adjustments to package services may be accommodated upon request, with potential charges applicable.

  • To secure availability and ensure accurate pricing, we advise our clients to make payment at least 30 days before the Team Retreat's start date.

    Our payment terms are structured as follows:

    💰50% down payment upon contract signature (venue booking)

    💰40% due 21 days before the retreat start date (activity bookings)

    💰Final 10% plus any additional charges settled within 2 weeks after the retreat concludes.
