Kindly is a humanitarian-based cryptocurrency project created by one of the world's largest food relief charity programs, Food For Life Global (FFLG). FFLG provides food relief in over 60+ countries, serving over 1 million plant-based meals daily.

Utilising the existing infrastructure and experience of FFLG, Kindly’s primary goal is to make it easy to create measurable social impact through building a fully streamlined process for purchasing, tracking, and executing certified measurable social impact on the blockchain and delivering the impact through it’s established global network.

Joining the Kindly team

We were invited by Paul Rodney Turner to join the Kindly team. We were brought on to develop the strategy, visual identity system and user experience for the project as well as contributing our expertise in collaboration and process facilitation.

During our time on the project team we saw an opportunity for the team to align on a their purpose and design a clear vision for the organisation of which to intentionally build the company road map.

Co-design of the Core Identity

Purpose. Mission. Vision. Values.

With a large international, multifaceted team Kindly was working across multiple time zones, cultures, languages and disciplines. The more we listened in on the team calls the clearer it became that we needed to slow down to speed up and get clear on our direction.

We designed a series of focused, intensive co-design sessions for the Kindly team to come together to design the core strategy including purpose, vision and mission and a set of company values.

We facilitated these events virtually with consideration of the team and the multitude of time zones and built Kindly a virtual collaborative environment to come together to complete the work.

Through these sessions the purpose of Kindly emerged. This became the foundation for the strategy, visual identity system and company road map.

Brand Strategy

Kindly Co-founder Paul Turners’ 14 years as a Hare Krishna Monk taught him the benefits of discipline, simplicity, purity of intention, and spirituality. Money is energy, that is why it is called currency. The Kindly Ecosystem is the accumulation of blessings from those who came before us.

Visual Identity

We designed an identity system that pays homage to the counterculture movement of the 1960’s and draws-in the next cycle of consciousness evolution. The colour green represents the heart chakra and is paired with the ‘Kindly Heart Symbol’ designed with sacred proportions.
